Questions
Who counts as an active employee?
Every employee account that is active in your organisation. Deactivated accounts (people who left) are not billed. The count is checked daily and your subscription follows it, with Stripe's usual pro-rated adjustment.
What happens after the free trial?
Your organisation admin picks a plan and subscribes on the billing page. If the trial ends without a subscription, the account is locked — your data is kept and everything is back the moment you subscribe.
How do we pay?
By card through Stripe, yearly in advance. Larger organisations can ask to pay by invoice.
Can we change plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from the billing page at any time; the difference is pro-rated.
