Draft placeholder. [Company legal name / address — to be completed] · [Registration number, governing law and contact e-mail — to be completed]. This text is a starting point and must be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
1. Who we are
SiraNexa ("SiraNexa", "we", "us") is operated by [Company legal name / address — to be completed]. These terms govern your organisation's use of the SiraNexa service.
2. Your account
The person who signs up accepts these terms on behalf of the organisation and becomes its organisation admin. The organisation is responsible for the accounts it creates, for keeping credentials confidential and for everything done under its accounts.
3. Free trial
A new organisation receives a free trial (currently 14 days). No payment details are required. When the trial ends without a subscription, access is locked until a plan is chosen; data is kept for at least 30 days.
4. Subscription and fees
- Plans are priced per active employee per month and billed yearly in advance. Active employees are the active user accounts of the organisation.
- The number of active employees is reviewed regularly; increases and decreases are reflected on the subscription with pro-rated charges or credits.
- Prices exclude taxes, which are added where applicable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective from the next renewal.
- If a payment fails we will retry and notify the organisation admin; after a grace period access may be locked until payment is made.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other organisations' data, no interference with the service or its security, and no resale without our written agreement.
6. Your data
Your organisation owns the data it puts into SiraNexa. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data while your subscription is active and for 30 days after it ends; afterwards it may be deleted.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced where possible.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the organisation in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or remain unpaid.
10. Governing law

11. Contact
[Contact e-mail and postal address — to be completed].
