Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

The free trial costs nothing and needs no card. If you do not subscribe, nothing is charged.

2. Cancelling

The organisation admin can cancel the subscription at any time from the billing page ("Manage billing"). The subscription then stays active until the end of the paid yearly period and is not renewed.

3. Refunds

• If you cancel within 14 days of the first yearly payment, we refund that payment in full on request.
• After that, yearly fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we have materially failed to provide the service.
• Reductions in the number of active employees during the year are credited pro rata against the next invoice, not paid out.

4. Invoice customers

Organisations paying by invoice follow the cancellation terms of their order form.

5. After cancellation

Your data remains available for export for 30 days after the subscription ends and may be deleted afterwards.
