Workplace privacy notice for the people who use SiraNexa in their organisation. Data controller: your organisation. SiraNexa processes the data on the organisation's behalf — see the SiraNexa Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. What SiraNexa is used for
Your organisation uses SiraNexa to run its work: reports and plans, tasks, approvals, internal e-mails and channels, meetings, check-ins, performance, documents and — depending on the plan — sales, finance and assets. Only people your organisation gives an account can sign in.
2. Personal data processed and why

3. Who can see it
Access follows your role: you see your own records; managers see their team; HR, management and the organisation admin see what their role needs. Each organisation's data is kept separate from every other organisation's. The SiraNexa platform team does not open organisations' business data.
4. Retention and your rights
Records are kept as long as your organisation's policies require. You can view your profile, reports and logbook entries in the app; for corrections, copies or deletion contact your HR team or organisation admin.
5. Cookies
SiraNexa uses strictly necessary cookies only: the sign-in session, form security (CSRF) and, if you choose it, "keep me signed in". Appearance and menu preferences are stored in your browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Security
Access requires your personal username or e-mail and password; repeated failed sign-ins lock the account for a while. Never share your credentials and report anything unusual to your organisation admin.
